职责描述： • Responsible for antibody/protein engineering and characterization • Assist with antibody/protein engineering/optimization using phage display or other molecular evolution techniques • Drive therapeutic mAb discovery and Ab fusion protein engineering/optimization by using microbial display and mammalian protein production technology • Perform lab bench work, presenting lab discoveries at company-wide R&D meeting • PBMC isolation from whole blood • Responsible for RNA isolation from PBMC or mice spleen, Ab library construction, HEK cell transfection, Ab purification and affinity/epitope characterization using AKTA HPLC, Biacore and Octet • Establish lab protocols and generate experimental data • Run project teams for research programs • Collaborate with scientists from other functional areas • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization 任职要求： • Bachelors or master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry or related field and 10 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 2 years biotech lab experience required • Experience with therapeutic Ab discovery, engineering/optimization, and the ability to produce Ab/Ab fusion protein through transient expression, AKTA FPLC purification, and Biacore/Octet characterization of lead Ab molecule • Molecular, cellular biology and protein biochemistry knowledge required • Prior success with therapeutic antibody discovery and engineering • Proven ability to evolve, clone, express, purify and characterize Ab/Ab fusion protein • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and other stakeholders • Ability to adjust to workload changes and prioritize competing demands • Ability to balance the big picture and fine technical details • Outstanding organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
