Position Summary The Technical Service Engineer is responsible to provide high quality service in Sungrow warehouse for product maintenance, repairing, as well as supporting the customer through service hotline and email and warehouse inventory management. You are a proactive, reliable and resilient engineering professional who has a passion for finding solutions. This role needs to coordinate with internal teams to efficiently deliver service solutions (residential and C&I projects) for troubleshooting and repairing, support senior service engineers to improve service solutions and manage inventory, as well as conduct ad-hoc projects. This is a full-time role based in Pendle Hill Sydney with occasional inter-state travel. Key responsibilities: • Provide after sales service support for key customers through telephone and email • Conduct inverter testing fault diagnosis and repairs • Manage technical problems that are recorded and tracked within the internal system and liaise with R&D team for improvement and development • Keep a good record of the spare parts/unit inventory • Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services • Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development Skills and experiences required: • Permanent resident in Australia • Current drivers licence • Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering and or similar background • At least 1-3 years of technical support or product maintenance experience preferred • Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) in English and fluent (Verbal) in Mandarin • Excellent and professional telephone customer service skills • Attention to detail and able to understand the big picture • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong organisation and time management skills handling multiple tasks at Once
